We have recently purchased two Commanda solar units for two matric pupils who want to be able to study after dark. The portable units provide light for up to 10 hours, ideal to provide a study lamp for Goodnews and Vincent who are working hard to complete their matric this year.
This is a new venture for the Christmas Fair Fund, and we are excited to see it benefit Goodnews and Vincent's studying. Should they prove to be the ideal solar unit for homeowners, we would like to invest in more of these units in the future for other students needing to study after dark, or for whatever need the household may have.
