Situated in Nkobongo next door to KwaChristu Church, the Nkobongo Resource Centre has as its motto: ‘Building a Nation and Impacting Lives.’ It cares for approximately 250 orphans and vulnerable children.

This registered NPO that is supported by the CFF provides a family environment for orphaned and displaced children, where they are fostered from childhood.

It was designed to assist families who had lost an opportunity to receive a tertiary education because of the war but has continued until today, managed by legal firm LC Smith in Stanger.

She accommodates 25 children on a permanent basis and houses abandoned babies from the KwaDukuza hospital, until child welfare places them in homes or with different organizations.
